F.A.Q

Can I Pre-order a Colour Palette?

No,

when i first started building these I took pre-orders in order to fund the costs of building them. After a while I moved to an in-stock system where I would build them and put them on sale when they are built which is how I do it now.

After the last lot sold out so quickly, many of you asked to pre-order one from the next batch. Unfortunately, there really is no fair way to do this. I have no way of telling who signed up to the email list first or who should get first pick.

Because of this, the first come first served model will continue when I have more stock. I’ll be continuing with regular batches of these.

when will the next batch be in stock?

all products will go up for sale as they are built. this depends on all the parts arriving to me in a timely fashion and many other factors. Each new stock date will be announced on my instagram or on the email newsletter.

Can you ship to..?
I ship internationally via Royal Mail at a flat rate of £25, shipping in the U.K is £5, you can choose the correct option at the check out.

I have a colour palette in my basket but cant check out

unfortunately if you cant check out it means they have sold out and no more are available.

Paypal took my money but it has sold out and i don’t have a confirmation email

This doesn’t happen very often but unfortunately Paypal occasionally takes money before completing the checkout. it will return the money generally in a few minutes. if it hasn’t please contact Paypal. this is an issue on Paypal’s side that i unfortunately have no control over.

Can i have a free one?

no.

why don’t you just make more?

I get this a lot, and the reality is, i’m making as many as i can!

I’m constantly working on making more. I only ask that you are patient while i do this. There are lots of factors that go in to making a large amount of anything and scaling up takes time. The last thing I would ever want is for the quality of my work to slip in the pursuit of making more.

The first batch of colour palettes consisted of only 5 units. I expected to sell them over a few months. That was a few years ago now as I’m writing this! I’m so glad that people are still so excited about something I made. My hope is that eventually everyone who wants one can get one!
