Payments

Payment is all done via Paypal or stripe which are safe and easy ways to pay for things online. You don’t have to have an account, you can just use your card, but you know everything is covered under their buyer protection regulations.

Returns & Shipping Policy

Anything can be returned within 14 days of the item being delivered. Any item returned must be in the same condition it was sent in. Return postage and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The Refunded amount will be minus the cost of initial postage.

In the case of items being returned to sender due to incorrect address provided, the second lot of postage costs must be covered by the buyer.

All customs and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I will not help you avoid these fees so please don’t ask.

For the lovely folks in the US, the import charges will be included on your shipping cost at checkout and paid when it is mailed. This means no surprise fees once it gets to you!

warranty

Everything i make has a one year repair or replace warranty. If your pedal stops working in that time you can return it to me for a free repair or replacement. I only ask that you cover postage costs. This warranty only covers faults and does not cover mistreatment.

If your pedal stops working after the warranty is up, drop me an email and i will be happy to sort out repairs, priced on a case by case basis.

Privacy policy

The only information i keep on file is your name, address, email, and phone number if you order a product from me. This is just so i can track orders and know where to send your products. None of this data will ever be shared with anyone and you retain the right to remove your data at any time.
